Return Process
- Time Frame: Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return.
- Condition: Products must be returned unopened and unused.
- Fees: An additional restocking fee (typically around 20%) may apply. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
General Policy
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. You are also responsible for the return labels.
- Eligibility: Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product.

- Processing Time: Once the return is received and verified, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Cancellations
Before Order Ships
- Yes — orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they haven’t shipped. Please note that custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once production has begun.
- After the 24-hour window, cancellations are still possible in some cases, but a 3% payment processing fee will apply.

During peak or sale periods, the cancellation window may be shorter to ensure timely fulfillment. In such cases, the 3% processing fee may be incurred even within the 24-hour timeframe.

Custom Orders
- Policy: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once they are put into production. All sales are final for custom-made and Made-to-order products.
- Warranty: These orders come with a warranty guaranteeing a fully functional and operational product.
- Clarification: If unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us for confirmation.
Exchange Agreement
By purchasing from My Golf Direct, you are acknowledging the following:
- Inspection: Inspect the package upon delivery, note any damage, and provide photos to us within 24 hours.
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping a new product.
- Product Condition: Products must be returned unopened and unused.
- Refunds Post-Shipping: If your order has left the warehouse, a full refund is not available. Shipping fees and restocking fees will apply, which vary by product but are usually around 20%.
- Shipping Date Estimates: Estimated shipping dates may change due to factors outside our control. Order delays do not justify order cancellations or chargebacks.
Damages
- Inspection: Inspect the packaging upon arrival. Note and report any damage when signing for delivery.
- Reporting Damage: Send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a description, to support@mygolfdirect.com within 24 hours for freight damage claims. Claims will not be valid if not reported within this time frame.
Warranty
- Coverage: Warranty terms vary by manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for details.
- Damage Upon Arrival: If the item was damaged upon arrival and not reported within 30 days, it will not be covered under warranty.
BOGO Promotions
- Full Refund: Both items must be returned for a full refund.
- Partial Return: If one item is returned, a replacement or store credit will be issued for that item.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for actual return shipping charges and potentially a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer.
Chargebacks
- Policy: Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in criminal liability for theft.
- Resolution: Contact us for any issues before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly.
