Yes — orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they haven’t shipped. Please note that custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once production has begun.
After the 24-hour window, cancellations are still possible in some cases, but a 3% payment processing fee will apply.
