  • How far off the wall do Vanish Studio screens mount? 8–12 inches, to protect the surfaces behind it.
  • Can I mount the Vanish Studio to any surface? Yes — brackets are universal for wall or ceiling mounting. Allow 8"–12" clearance behind the screen.
  • What ceiling heights are supported? 108"–144" out of the box; 2 ft screen extensions available for taller ceilings.
  • How do I get power to the unit? Power cords run on both sides of the screen — drill through to the nearest standard 110V outlet, or choose a hand-crank (non-powered) model.
  • No power source available? Hand-crank retractable models require no electricity.

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return. To be eligible, products must be unopened and unused.

Please note that a restocking fee (typically around 15%) may apply, and are determined by the manufacturer. The return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
