Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to initiate a return. To be eligible, products must be unopened and unused.

Inspect the packaging upon arrival and report any damage when signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, please send photos of the damage & box along with a description, to support@mygolfdirect.com within 24 hours for damage claims.
Yes — orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed, as long as they haven’t shipped. Please note that custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable once production has begun.
After the 24-hour window, cancellations are still possible in some cases, but a 3% payment processing fee will apply.
